According to Mystical Records of the West Capital, during the reign of Emperor Cheng of the Western Han Dynasty, Zhao Feiyan was appointed empress. Once, when she was dancing to the music in a purple dress of cloud and blue, a strong wind blew, and she was blown like a swallow.
